尖下巴

Mommy is so proud that I inherited a lot of her look, one of the obvious is a pointy chin. What do you think, whose is sharper?

我的”码头“

我的码头 translates to My Port, "port" as in "New York City Port Authority". What it means here though is a place that a person has full familiarity, authority, and control. For me, this place is the playground at my school!

Today I took my usual weekend crew there, showed off my strength, skills and confidence while navigating through the entire facility. Mommy and Daddy were completely shocked, they probably thought I was still a little baby :-)

Train ride with mommy

I loved the train ride to Madison in February, today we did it again! This time we made a longer trip to Summit.

Did you know that railroad first came over the "The Summit" hill in 1837? Since then the community began to change from a rural farming and milling to quasi-commercial. After the Civil War, Summit became a summer resort area because of its crisp, clean mountain air and convenient proximity to New York City. Summit attracted extremely wealthy people who built extensive summer estates.

Rail and bus links to Newark and Manhattan. The Summit Train Station has the Mid-Town Direct train - a less than 30 minute ride - from Summit to Penn Station. Daddy would probably be very happy if we lived here, it would save him an hour commute every day and use that time to play with me :-)

856, 857, 858...

Just kidding, the most I can do is about 70 jumps in a row... still not too bad for a 3 years old, right?

New Lawn

Spring is here, a brand new lawn was put down right in front of my house. After a couple of heavy rains, the grass is green, thick and soft, like a perfect soccer field. Love it!
